Ramine is responsible for Minor Hotels’ strategic Development across Europe, Middle East and Africa. With over 15 years of experience in operations, asset management, consulting and development, he leads an elite and resolute team based in Dubai, UAE. ​

His role entails maintaining close Owner relationships while developing the pipeline through trusted referrals and repeat ownership, formulating regional growth plans relative to local market conditions and assessing proposed projects in line with the company’s current portfolio and long term vision. He subsequently looks after commercial and legal negotiations to ensure a mutual accord is established with Owners.​

​Prior to joining Minor Hotels, Ramine was in Development across Middle East and Africa with Starwood Hotels and Marriott International. His career also includes senior advisory roles with JLL, asset management for the M.A. Kharafi Group and operations with Marriott in London.​
