Raji Abou Ghanem has gained extensive experience for over 20 years in the hospitality industry particularly in Saudi Arabia and Lebanon. He has worked with leading brands such as Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG) and Wyndham Hotel Group (WHG) and has acquired broad experience and knowledge in the room division, sales and marketing, revenue management and business development. In addition, he has held numerous positions such as general manager, Director of operations, and Development Director, He also worked in a hotel management company in Saudi Arabia. He joins the Sophos Hotels team as Director Development for Saudi Arabia.
