With COVID, his role has changed. As Research Director of SimpliFlying, Dirk Singer is now focused on helping the aviation industry get through the pandemic. This includes leading research and consultancy projects on areas such as vaccines and testing. As part of that, Dirk Singer developed SimpliFlying's "Testing +" blueprint, as a way of kick-starting air travel without spreading the virus.
