Didier Souillat joined Time Out Market as CEO in 2016 to lead the global expansion of the food & cultural market which is now present in Lisbon, Miami, New York and Boston, Chicago and Montreal and is set to come to more cities around the world. He has considerable experience in retail and hospitality having held senior management positions at Hakkasan as Executive Vice President, at Selfridges and Harrods as Director of Food Halls & Restaurants, at McArthur Glen as Director Food & Restaurants and at Daylesford Organic as Managing Director. Didier is a graduate from the Ecole Lausanne Hotel Management School.
