Ali leads the Hotels & Tourism team at CBRE. Having been in the industry for over 15 years, and the region for well over a decade, he is a well-established hospitality specialist with experience in both hotel advisory and hotel operations.

During his time in the Middle East, Ali has worked with developers, investors and governmental institutions on feasibility studies, hotel valuations, pricing strategies, asset reviews and optimum site use for both large-scale multi-use projects and stand-alone assets. He has also helped clients negotiate Hotel Management Agreements in a number of jurisdictions within the MEA region.
