VISA INFORMATION

Saudi Tourist Visa

Saudi Arabia has opened its doors to visitors from all over the world with its evisa program since September, 2019. Visitors can acquire a multiple-entry visa valid for a year that will allow them to stay in the country for up to 90 days.

The visa system is a historic milestone in opening Saudi Arabia to tourism. International visitors can discover the warm hospitality of Saudi people: its rich heritage, vibrant culture, and diverse and breath-taking landscapes, from the mountains of Abha to the beaches of the Red Sea and the shifting sands of the Empty Quarter.

Visa Eligibility

Tourists from 49 eligible countries can apply for a tourist visa online through fast and easy-to-use eVisa portal ahead of your trip, or upon arrival in Saudi Arabia through visa kiosks at immigration.

Tourists from other countries should apply for a consulate visa through Saudi embassies and consulates. Holders of US, UK, or Schengen visas can apply for the visa upon arrival.

For more information, please visit Saudi Official Website

COVID PROTOCOL INFORMATION

The safety of all attendees has been a prime focus of our preparations for the event and we will be following local safety guidelines. To understand the vaccination and testing requirements in the Kingdom, please visit the Saudi Airlines Travel Guidelines and Requirements webpage and select Saudi Arabia as the country.

TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS

Any travelers coming to Saudi Arabia must not have visited Turkey, Lebanon, Afghanistan and Ethiopia within 14 days of arrival. Regardless the nationality or airlines - unless they are a resident of the KSA.

Other than the exceptions listed above, all international arrivals may now enter the Kingdom regardless of their vaccination status.

MUQUEEM PORTAL
Arrivals are no longer required to register their arrival and vaccination on the Muqeem portal.

Those who are fully vaccinated are encouraged to register on Muqeem to receive their ‘immune’ status on the Tawakkalna app. The immune status remains necessary to enter offices, some public and private buildings, airports and public transport vehicles.

and select Vaccinated Visitor. This can only be done 3 days before you travel.

TAWAKALNA APP
All international and domestic attendees are also required to register their vaccinations on the Tawakalna App. Please download and install the Tawakalna App on your phone before you travel. You won't be able to register on the App until you arrive in Saudi.

Tawakalna app - App Store

Attendees without the Tawakalna App installed and registered on their phones will not be granted access to the event.
